Establishing CTD in early 2015, David has brought together a team of talented global professionals capable of delivering complex international projects and market entry solutions that target Australian companies looking to expand into the Middle East and East Africa.
Specialising in the establishment of compliant and sustainable business foundations, David is trusted by startups, multinationals and medium sized private enterprises to build networks, validate sales channels, and facilitate cross border expansion and development.

Known for his commitment to identifying all pathway alternatives before settling on a solution – Ingo has a reputation for achieving project delivery, no matter where his clients’ operations are located.
A ‘hands on’ operator, Ingo is skilled in adapting his management style to that of the local culture in which he is doing business. An outcome focused leader, Royce assists key decision makers through the identification of opportunities and support of market entry, negotiation, deal closing and risk mitigation initiatives.
Royce’s focus on operational integrity is centred on identifying risks before they can become an issue. From navigating local fiscal regimes and regulations, to reviewing contracts, leases, claims, governance, tenders, quotes and expressions of interest, Royce can rapidly assert confidence, best practice and compliance to any commercial scenario. Skilled in guiding all parties through their contractual obligations, roles and responsibilities, Royce keeps all stakeholders focused on the end game to successfully and rapidly execute a transaction.
Throughout his career, Royce has been entrusted by local and global corporations to review complex terms and conditions, where he has in many cases significantly reduced legal costs and identified and removed potential negative liabilities.
